THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Thursday said that an explosion led to the discovery of a kitchen-type shabu laboratory in Tanza, Cavite
According to PDEA, the blast rocked a residential compound on Leon Fojas St., Bgy. Sahud-Ulan in Tanza at about 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Responding cops found various drug paraphernalia, equipment and different types of suspected chemicals inside the house.
Police are conducting a manhunt against four suspects – a Filipina, a Chinese-looking individual and two Indonesians.
The seized pieces of drug evidence were brought to the PDEA Laboratory for examination.
The non-drug evidence is now under the custody of the Philippine National Police Laboratory in Region 4-A (Calabarzon).
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the suspects.
