A 68-YEAR-OLD doctor was found dead, with multiple stab wounds, inside his car in Quezon City, police on Wednesday said.
Authorities said a passerby found the physician bloodied and lifeless inside a parked sports utility vehicle on Mindanao Avenue in Bgy. Pasong Putik Proper on Saturday.
The doctor, a resident of Bgy. Santa Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, was last seen alive on Neopolitan Business Park on Friday, based on the vehicle’s dashcam footage.
A video footage from the dashcam showed a man broke the window of the doctor’s vehicle and stabbed the victim repeatedly.
A pair of iris scissors with bloodstains, believed to be used in the killing, was recovered in the car.
Initial probe showed the victim’s personal belongings were missing.
The suspect was arrested by the police in a follow-up operation.
