AFTER 11-years. boxing legends Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather will face off again on Sept. 20, 2026 (PH time) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Video streaming platform Netflix on Tuesday announced that it is going to livestream the mega fight on September 19, 2026 (September 20 in Manila).
The rematch between the former world champions will take place inside The Sphere in Las Vegas.
It was also confirmed that it will be an official pro fight, which means their records (Mayweather at 50-0, Pacquiao at 62-8-3 win-loss-draw) are on the line.
Mayweather defeated Pacquiao via unanimous decision in the 12-round unified world welterweight championship “Fight of the Century” held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, also in Las Vegas, on May 2, 2015.
Pacquiao, who is now 47 years old, said fans have waited long enough for the rematch.
“I want Floyd to live with the one loss on his professional record and always remember who gave it to him,” Pacquiao said.
Meanwhile, Mayweather, 49, vowed that he would win again against Pacquiao.
“I already fought and beat Manny once. This time will be the same result,” Mayweather said in another statement.
