MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Operatives smashed a drug den following the arrest over the weekend of a 29-year-old male drug dive operator and his two cohorts in a buy-bust operation in Bgy. Tabun, this city.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said arrested were the main target of the operation, an alias “Yan-yan,” of Bgy. Tabun and his companions alias “Kris,” 27, and alias “Ton,” 35.
Seized from the suspects were around seven grams of suspected shabu worth P47,600, assorted drug paraphernalia, one cellular phone, and the buy-bust money.
The anti-illegal drugs operation was conducted by personnel of the PDEA Provincial Offices in Tarlac and Pampanga, along with the Mabalacat City Police Station.
The arrested suspects were temporarily detained at the PDEA-3 detention facility in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
