Arrested man in handcuffs with handcuffed hands behind back in prison

AN American national was arrested by the police after he attacked two men in Angeles City, Pampanga.
In his report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Angeles City police Director CD said that Station 4 commander Maj. Vicky Tamayo identified the arrested suspect as Adnab Tariq Bhatty.
The victims were Dennis Reberta, 64, of Claro M. Recto, Angeles City, and Chardie Esquejo, 29, of Blk. 9, Lot 16-18, Sege St. Mansfield, Bgy. Sto Domingo, Angeles City.
Reberta told police he was walking on Walking Street in Bgy. Balibago when approached by the suspect and for no apparent reason suddenly choked and smashed him until he fell on the ground.
Reberta sustained injuries on his knees and shoulder.
Two members of the Angeles City Tourist Auxiliary namely Roldan Lopez, 23, and Joelex Canada, 30 rushed to help the victim and arrested Bhatty.
The city tourist auxiliary members turned over Reberta to the medical team of the Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office for treatment and the suspect to police.
While at the lobby of the police station, Reberta was being treated by Esquejo, when the suspect also attacked Esquejo.
Reberta and Esquejo were brought to the Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center for treatment.
Upon body search on the suspect, the American yielded a zip lock containing dried marijuana leaves worth at least P448.
The arrested suspect will be charged with slight physical injury and violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
