Rotary Club of Lucena South (RCLS) incoming president, engineer Fernando “Fando” Ignacio (right), receives the symbolic bell and gavel from his predecessor, Lucena City Vice Mayor Roderick “Dondon” Alcala, as part of the turnover of leadership during the club’s 55th Installation of Officers and Induction of New Members held at Potch Restaurant in Lucena City on Sunday. The activity was graced by Rotary District 3820 Governor Arnold Mendoza, the guest of honor and inducting officer, RCLS’ sister clubs, other guests and friends. During his assumption in office, Ignacio expressed gratitude to his fellow Rotarians for entrusting to him the club’s leadership and vowed to do his best in carrying out the mission and vision of RCLS to the community.
