PRESIDENT Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has signed two laws that seek to create new trial courts.
The President on Friday signed Republic Act 12026 establishing four new trial courts in Calauag, Quezon.
Calauag town will now have a total of five RTC branches.
Marcos also signed Republic Act 12025 creating three more Regional Trial Courts in Muntinlupa.
The creation of additional trial courts amends Batas Pambansa 129 or the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980.
