San Rafael, Tarlac City, tied their victim, and escaped with over P300,000 worth of cash and gadgets.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, the Tarlac police identified the victim as “Jon,” 24, of Sitio Home Site in Bgy. San Rafael.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to the victim, four armed men barged in his room and tied up his hands and feet with zip cable then took his P395,000 cash, assorted jewelry and a cellular phone.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victim said he was able to free himself and informed the police about the burglary.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Authorities are reviewing the CCTV footage in the area for possible identification and arrest of the robbers.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" BY KEVIN GALANG FOUR men on Wednesday attacked a house in Bgy.
