BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A <\/strong>16-YEAR-OLD girl who was reported missing for over a week was found dead inside a luggage in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victim, a resident of Tala<\/strong>, Caloocan, was discovered stuffed inside a suitcase on the night of February 13 which was found floating in Sapang Alat River, Bgy. Graceville in San Jose del Monte City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen.
