BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n MEMBERS of the Bantay Bayan on Thursday arrested a motorcycle thief and recovered a stolen motorbike in Bgy. San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the complainant as Benedicto Sol, 52, of Sto.Tomas, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victim told police that he parked a Rusi motorcycle with plate number 409-RRG near the Parisan Canteen.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n When Sol returned, the motorcycle is already missing, prompting him to seek help from duty officers of the Bantay Bayan in Bgy. San Nicolas.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n With the help of barangay officials, they were able to locate the missing motorcycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Suspect, alias \u201cOscar,\u201d 52, also of Sto.
