FORMER President Rodrigo Duterte’s common-law partner Honeylet Avance\u00f1a and their daughter Veronica \u201cKitty\u201d Duterte arrived at the Hague, Netherlands for the former chief executive\u2019s 80th<\/sup> birthday tomorrow, March 28, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Honeylet and Kitty arrived at the <\/strong>Hague Penitentiary Institute<\/strong> past noon on Wednesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n They were seen talking with the supporters of the former President when they arrived near Scheveningen Prison at around 12:30 p.m. (Central European time).<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Earlier, Vice President Sara Duterte said her sister Kitty and her father\u2019s current partner were scheduled to visit Duterte inside the International Criminal Court<\/strong> (ICC) detention center.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, the Vice President\u2019s mother, Elizabeth Zimmerman, is set to arrive on March 28 or 29 while Davao City Rep.
