Tomas, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal\u00a0reported to Police Regional Office (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo that the victim’s name was Irene, of Mabalacat City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Irene told probers that she parked her black Hyundai car with plate number CIM86 in front of Rhanema’s building in Bgy. San Matias, Sto. Tomas around 8:30 p.m. on Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n When she returned to her car, a concerned citizen informed her that the vehicle’s window was broken.
