BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n LUBAO, Pampanga — Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Pampanga on Sunday smashed an alleged drug den, arrested six \u201chigh-value\u201d targets (HVTs) and confiscated some P68,000 worth of shabu in Bgy.
