TEN members of the <\/strong>Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) assigned at the Southern Metro Manila District Field Unit were put under restrictive custody and detained at the Philippine Custodial Facility after they were accused of kidnapping and robbery extortion.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo told reporters in a press briefing held at Camp Crame on Thursday that CIDG chief Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre III ordered to put the 10 lawmen under restrictive custody.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cLast Monday, April 28, upon receipt ng report ng Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG), immediately, Gen.
