BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2014 The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has deployed more than 12,000 police personnel to various polling precincts in Central Luzon as part of intensified security measures and preparedness ahead of the May 12 polls.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jean S. Fajardo said the deployment includes not only personnel from different police stations but also those from the regional and provincial headquarters to ensure the orderly, peaceful, and secure conduct of elections throughout the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThe large-scale deployment of our police personnel is part of our mandate to ensure safe, free, and accountable elections. Our focus is not only on precinct security but also on protecting the rights of every voter,\u201d said Fajardo.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThe entire region is now on full alert status.
