POLICE on Tuesday said that a <\/strong>municipal council candidate and his aide were killed while on their way to vote in Bayang, Lanao del Sur on Monday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Victims Afganie Balt Taha, a town council aspirant, and supporter Walid Balt Taha , a relative and brother of a village official , were shot dead around 8 a.m. in Bgy. Rinabor in Bayang.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Bayang police chief Capt.
