BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A POLICE officer on Wednesday found a dead farmer inside a tricycle parked on the road in Floridablanca, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the victim as Novabel Nocum, 59, a resident of Bgy. Old Palmayo, Floridablanca, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n An investigation showed Cpl. Mark Alvin Ramirez, 35, detailed at Limay, Bataan Police Station and a resident of Matatalaib, Tarlac City, was traversing the Porac-Floridablanca access road near Bgy. San Jose, Floridablanca when he noticed a bloodied individual in a tricycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The officer pulled over and checked the trike and found a man inside, with a gunshot wound in the head.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The cop rushed the victim to the Romana Pangan District Hospital, where the farmer was pronounced dead on arrival.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Responding lawmen found at the crime scene one fired bullet of a cal. .38 gun.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Police are reviewing the CCTV footage in the area for possible identification and arrest of the suspect.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" BY KEVIN GALANG A POLICE officer on Wednesday found a dead farmer inside a tricycle parked on the road in Floridablanca, Pampanga.
