In situations like this, false information can cause unnecessary fear, panic, and danger,\u201d the mayor said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cWe will not tolerate anyone spreading false information that causes fear in our community. Those responsible will be held accountable,\u201d the mayor added.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A message that circulated on social media claimed that bombs had been planted in several capitol facilities and schools by an unidentified group.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The explosives were reportedly placed in trash bins in offices and facilities, and are set to explode within a few hours.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Col. Ricardo Dalmacia, Laguna Provincial Director, immediately ordered the deployment of K9 Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Unit to conduct thorough sweeps of local government offices and educational institutions.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dalmacia said the move is part of precautionary measures to ensure the safety and security of residents, employees, and students while the threat remains unverified.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Meanwhile, Governor-elect Sol Aragones issued a strong warning to those responsible for the bomb scare that they will face the full force of the law.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aragones said authorities are now tracing the source of the message that circulated on social media and various chat groups.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>She said such threats are being taken seriously and that the police are working diligently to identify and apprehend those involved.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI strongly warn those behind this bomb threat \u2013 do not attempt to disrupt the scheduled activities, especially on the day of my oathtaking, where I will officially assume office as the governor of Laguna,\u201d Aragones declared.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to Aragones, no attempt to sow fear or disorder will be tolerated, particularly during a time of peaceful transition and public service.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Authorities continue to assure the public that all necessary precautions are in place to ensure safety and order in the province.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a social media post, outgoing Laguna Gov.
