BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A FOREIGNER on Sunday was injured in a knife attack in Sta. Rita, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pampanga police director Col. Eugene M. Marcelo identified the victim as Wahid Juma Khamiz Al Mazruii, 39, an Omani national.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The suspect was alias \u201cJeff,\u201d 31,.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Both victim and the suspect are residents of Bgy. Dila Dila, Sta. Rita, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Initial investigation showed the two had a heated argument that led to the stabbing.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victim was rushed to the Diosdado Macapagal Hospital in Guagua, Pampanga. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The suspect was arrested in a follow-up operation and will be charged with frustrated homicide<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" BY KEVIN GALANG A FOREIGNER on Sunday was injured in a knife attack in Sta.
