BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n POLICE arrested a construction worker trying to steal from a house in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr., Pampanga police director Col. Eugene M. Marcelo identified the complainant as Joel Cortez, 50, of Stockholm St., Bgy. Sapang Biabas, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victim said when he arrived, he saw the padlock of his house forcibly destroyed.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Cortez immediately sought the help of members of the Bantay Bayan. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n When they entered the house to check, they found out that some of the cable wires worth at least P1 million were missing.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Upon inspection, suspect alias \u201cSulen,\u201d 30, a construction worker residing in Camiling, Tarlac, was still in the house, resulting in his arrest.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The suspect also informed the police of the hiding place of his two other cohorts , an alias \u201cTorres,\u201d 47; and alias \u201cDomeng,\u201d 37, both of Bgy.
