BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A 12-YEAR-OLD girl who was reported missing on Saturday was found floating and dead in a dam in Floridablanca, Pampanga. <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr., Pampanga police director Col. Eugene M. Marcelo said the victim was a mentally-ill girl residing in Bgy. Paguiruan, Floridablanca, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n An investigation showed a staff member of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRMMO) informed the Floridablanca police about the discovery of a floating body in Gumain Dam in Bgy.
