BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n POLICE on Tuesday night arrested a candidate for barangay captain in Bulacan and four others in a drug buy-bust operation in the city of Malolos.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The names of the arrested suspects were withheld pending further investigation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Based on a report submitted to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. , the sting was conducted at 11:55 p.m. on Tuesday in Bgy.
