BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 Joint police units on Sunday arrested a suspect accused of tying his victim before robbing a house in Bgy. Singalat, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Pe\u00f1ones Jr., arrested was alias \u201cLex,\u201d 47, a resident of Bgy.
