BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A MAN standing in front of his house in Tarlac City on Wednesday was killed in a gun attack by riding-in-tandem armed men.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Pe\u00f1ones Jr., the Tarlac City police identified the victim as Larry Bermudo, 52, of Purok 4, Bgy.
