Marcos Jr. during the launching of an eGov app and one-stop shop that will make government transactions faster, more convenient, and corruption-free.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Marcos on Friday introduced the Bagong Pilipinas eGov PH Super App and eGov PH Serbisyo Hub, marking a major milestone in the government\u2019s push to modernize and simplify public service delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In his speech at the Makabagong San Juan National Government Center, the President said the public can expect no more long lines and no more fixers in public service delivery with the launching of the eGov app and Serbisyo Hub.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cWalang pila. Walang fixer. Walang korapsyon. Iyan ang makukuha natin dahil sa eGov app at one-stop shop na ating binuksan ngayon,\u201d President Marcos said, emphasizing his vision for a responsive and citizen-friendly bureaucracy.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The administration launched the initiative to address common pain points in accessing government services\u2014such as long lines, fixers, and bureaucratic red tape\u2014by integrating multiple national agency functions under one roof and into a single app.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Chief Executive highlighted that many Filipinos lose valuable time and income trying to secure basic documents, only to be told to come back another day due to incomplete requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cPupunta ka sa isang opisina. Pipila ka ng dalawang oras\u2026 pagkatapos, sasabihan ka pa na kulang ang requirements. Kailangang bumalik. That is impossible for an ordinary citizen,\u201d President Marcos said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s why we have always aspired to a real one-stop shop. Ngayon, ito na \u2019yon. At hindi lang sa San Juan \u2014 isusunod na ito sa buong Pilipinas,\u201d he added.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The eGov PH Super App, developed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), integrates various government services into a single digital platform accessible via smartphone, tablet, or desktop.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Citizens can file applications, track requests, verify their identity, and eventually make online payments, all without leaving their homes.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cBasta\u2019t may connectivity, hindi na kailangang pumunta sa poblacion o sa opisina ng ahensiya. You can do all of this online \u2014 nasa bahay ka lang,\u201d the President said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Marcos added that more than 88 million Filipinos now have a digital national ID, which links seamlessly with the app. The rollout of physical IDs will follow to accommodate sectors that prefer printed versions.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n To support those with limited internet access, President Marcos announced that the government will roll out eGov PH Serbisyo Hubs in other local government units (LGUs), providing walk-in access to essential national services in a single convenient location.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Marcos urged all agencies to help spread awareness and encourage adoption of the app, noting that even first-time users will find it easy to navigate.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" “WALANG pila.
