Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the victim as&nbsp;Korean national Shin Du Ho, 39, of PYJ Building, Clarkhills, Clark Free Port, Pampanga.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The suspects were Kwon Jun Young, 38, of Dona Adela, Sta. Cruz, Porac, Pampanga, and a certain&nbsp;Jogmin&nbsp;Seok, also Korean nationals.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The victim told police that on Wednesday, he lost his cellphone and could not find it.
