BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n POLICE on Tuesday arrested a security guard while his cohort is being pursued for allegedly robbing a chicken restaurant in Norzagaray, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to Bulacan police director Col. Angel Garcillano, robbed was the Mang Inasal branch in Bgy.
