First of all, corporations that, mga contractor na talagang kitang-kita na hindi maganda ang trabaho nila. We will put them on a blacklist. Hindi na sila puwedeng magkontrata sa gobyerno,\u201d the Chief Executive said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The companies will be required to explain how they used the funds for the projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201c\u2018Pag hindi sila makapag-explain nang mabuti, we will have to take it to the next step,\u201d President Marcos said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 28, the President directed the Department of Public Works and Highways and the Regional Project Monitoring Committee to provide a list of all flood control projects in the past three years and identify the failed and non-existent projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cKinuha na natin \u2018yung listahan. Kaya \u2018yung mahalaga doon sa aming pinag-usapan na isasapubliko natin,\u201d the President said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Marcos encouraged citizens who have witnessed irregularities in flood control projects in their areas to review the list and assist in the investigation.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cSo, that applies to anything, to all of the projects that will happen.
