BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n POLICE on Saturday arrested a notorious drug trafficker tagged as one of\u00a0Bulacan’s most wanted men in an operation in Bgy Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen.
