BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n SAN SIMON, Pampanga \u2014 A member of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Saturday was arrested by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) for illegal gun peddling in \u00a0Bgy.
