MOTORCYCE-RIDING assassins on Thursday gunned down a village councilor in Alaminos, Laguna<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Slain was \u201cDarwin,\u201d a 55-year-old councilman in the town.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A report to Police Regional Office 4A (Calabarzon) director Brig. Gen.
