BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A 17-YEAR-OLD student on Wednesday died after being accidentally struck by a javelin during a sports practice session at a school field in Bgy. Mabiga, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio <\/strong>Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong> Jr. by Pampanga police director Col. Eugene M.
