BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n TALAVERA, Nueva Ecija \u2014 A public school teacher on Saturday night was shot dead in front of his friend in Bgy. Poblacion Sur, this municipality.<\/strong><\/p>\n Slain was Reynan Tiangco,\u00a0 39, a resident of the village.<\/strong><\/p>\n A report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen.
