Columbitin, this town.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nueva Ecija police director Col. Ritchie Claravall reported to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez that arrested were alias \u201cToto,\u201d 59, a driver; and his accomplices, alias \u201cMusni,\u201d 47; and alias \u201cPadua,\u201d 18, all residents of Cabanatuan City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuyapo police Chief Lt. Col.
