Baybayan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Baybayan on Monday officially took over the post from Police Colonel Angel L. Garcillano during a formal turnover rites held at Camp Alejo Santos in Malolos City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Garcillano was appointed as Deputy Regional Director for Operations of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The turnover ceremony was led by PRO3 Director Police Brigadier General Jess B.
