BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The police in Central Luzon on June 10 took part in the nationwide launch of the PNP Integrity Caravan for Ethical Policing and the unveiling of the Philippine National Police 6-Point Ethical Policing Guide Marker.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The Police Regional Office 3\u2019s participation in the event reinforced its commitment to integrity, accountability, and transparent public service.<\/strong><\/p>\n The activity, held simultaneously across the country and broadcast via Facebook Live, gathered police personnel from various regional offices and key units.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n It was led by PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., who was represented during the program by Deputy Chief for Administration Bernard M. Banac.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n PRO3 was represented by Acting Deputy Regional Director for Administration Col. Reynaldo S. Ogay Jr., Internal Affairs Service Regional Office 3 Director Col. Fermoyle M. Meno, personnel from the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD), and members of the regional staff and support units.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Held at Camp Olivas, the program highlighted the PNP\u2019s continuing reforms aimed at strengthening ethical standards within the organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Among its key features was the introduction of the Online IAS Desk, \u201cI Am Speaking,\u201d an accessible reporting platform designed to promote transparency and accountability in police service.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n In a message delivered on behalf of the PNP chief, Banac emphasized that integrity remains a core standard of policing, stressing that public trust is sustained through honesty, discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Ogay, for his part, underscored the importance of instilling a stronger culture of accountability among personnel, noting that integrity must be consistently reflected in every decision and action of law enforcement officers.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThe Integrity Caravan reminds us that every police officer carries a responsibility not only to the organization but, more importantly, to the people we serve,\u201d Ogay said.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The event culminated in the simultaneous unveiling of the PNP 6-Point Ethical Policing Guide
