ANGELES CITY, Pampanga \u2013 Police arrested three men \u00a0after a fistfight outside a disco bar in Bgy. Balibago, this city left a 30-year-old rider dead.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on a report submitted to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez, the incident happened in front of Shinma Disco Bar on MacArthur Highway.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The case was investigated by personnel of Police Station 4 of the Angeles City Police Office.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Police identified the victim as Ricardo, a 30-year-old rider and resident of Bgy. Pampang, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The suspects were alias \u201cTol,\u201d 25; alias \u201cMael,\u201d 23; and alias \u201cMansi,\u201d 29, all residents of Bgy. Cutud, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They were apprehended by the establishment’s bouncers immediately after the incident and later turned them over to Police Station 4.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Witnesses told probers that the confrontation began after an unidentified woman allegedly approached the tables occupied by both the victim’s and the suspects’ groups.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The woman\u2019s alleged boyfriend then confronted both parties, triggering a heated argument that escalated into a fistfight.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the altercation, the victim reportedly fell to the pavement and was already unconscious, but the three suspects allegedly continued punching and beating him.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bouncers from Shinma Disco Bar intervened, stopped the assault, and restrained the three suspects before turning them over to responding police officers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The victim was rushed to Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center but later died.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the medical certificate, the rider died of \u00a0cardiogenic shock secondary to myocardial infarction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The victim’s elder brother has expressed his intention to file criminal charges against the suspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n
