Grant Gollod said they conducted a total of 92 operations during the month, resulting in the arrest of 101 individuals, the filing of 29 criminal complaints, the confiscation of 17 loose firearms, and the seizure of evidence amounting to P160,830,373.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gollod said Bulacan posted the highest number of operations with 16, followed by Angeles City, and Pampanga with 15 operations each.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>These were followed by Tarlac with 11, Bataan with nine, Nueva Ecija with eight, the Regional Headquarters with six, Olongapo City with five, Aurora with four, and Zambales with three operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-style: revert-layer; font-weight: revert-layer;\">The arrests were carried out by CIDG Provincial and City Field Units and the Regional Headquarters through intensified law enforcement operations, warrant services and special operations targeting wanted persons, criminal offenders and individuals involved in violations of special laws.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to Gollod, the accomplishments demonstrate its sustained efforts to locate and apprehend wanted persons, disrupt criminal activities and enforce various special laws throughout the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The 17 loose firearms confiscated during the operations further highlighted the unit&#8217;s campaign against the proliferation and illegal possession of firearms.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-style: revert-layer; font-weight: revert-layer;\">Meanwhile, the total value of confiscated evidence reached P160.83 million, with a significant portion attributed to successful operations involving violations of special laws, particularly anti-cybercrime and other specialized investigative campaigns.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The filing of 29 criminal complaints also reflected the continued efforts of the various CIDG field units in conducting investigations, case build-up and evidence gathering to ensure that arrested suspects are held accountable before the courts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The CIDG RFU 3 emphasized that the July accomplishments underscore its commitment to strengthening law enforcement, maintaining peace and order, and ensuring that criminal offenders are brought to justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gollod reiterated its resolve to remain steadfast in its mandate of serving the public and upholding the rule of law under its banner\u00a0 \u201cWe Seek the Truth.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG &nbsp;
