Carangian, Tarlac City collapsed Saturday night sending a Toyota Avanza carrying five people into the water below.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a report to Police Regional Office 3\u00a0 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez, the Tarlac City Police Station identified the occupants as driver Paul Harvey Collado, of Camiling, Tarlac; and passengers James Harvey Dayao Taburlupa, of Bgy. Maliwalo, Tarlac City; Shiella Mae Dayao Taburlupa, of Bgy. San Rafael, Tarlac City; Shanine Tuhao, of Cavite City; and survivor Nathaniel Taburlupa Dizon,\u00a0 of Bgy. Comillas, La Paz, Tarlac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to Dizon, the vehicle was passing the bridge when it suddenly collapsed as they reached the middle portion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The vehicle subsequently fell into the water beneath the bridge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Police immediately responded to the area following the report.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Col. Harry Lorenzo III, provincial director, and Lt. Col. Glen F. Santiago, chief of police, proceeded to the scene and conducted an ocular inspection as part of the initial investigation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Authorities were continuing to assess the circumstances surrounding the bridge collapse and determine the status of the other occupants involved in the incident.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Further details, including the cause of the collapse and the condition of those involved were still being verified.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG TARLAC CITY &ndash;&nbsp; A portion of the Agana Bridge in Bgy.
