Lilia Pineda, and Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) president Joshua Bingcang. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The group were welcomed by <\/strong><strong>Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (<\/strong><strong>LIPAD ) Corp. president Noel F.
