Sinamar, Roxas, Isabela.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victims were identified as Mark, Yohan and Emmanuel, who were all minors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The name of the elderly victim is being verified.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>An investigation showed that prior to the blast, the children were seen walking together.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Later, they were noticed playing an object they found in a canal, which suddenly exploded.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Witnesses said the senior citizen was about to go to church when the explosion happened.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200e<\/strong><strong>Investigation is ongoing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200e<\/strong><strong>Authorities reminded the public, particularly children, never to approach and touch suspicious objects that may be explosive or cause them harm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FOUR people, including three children, on Sunday died in an explosion in Bgy.
