San Roque, Antipolo City around 11:45 a.m. on Thursday<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prior to the gun attack, the couple had earlier met at the Human Resources Office to discuss financial support arrangements for their children.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>After the discussion, the suspect returned to his post in front of the Ynares Center gate.
