Tenejero, this city.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-style: revert-layer; font-weight: revert-layer;\">In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez,\u00a0 Balanga City police chief Lt. Col. Beverlie V. Allapitan identified the suspect as alias \u201cKwen,\u201d\u00a0 38,\u00a0 of Bgy.
