PHILIPPINES\u2019 bet Michelle Dee won the Best National Costume Award at the Miss Universe 2023 held in El Salvador last Sunday, the international pageant organizer announced Friday.<\/p>\n

The outfit bore wings featuring the colors of the Philippine flag, a mural of tourist destinations, and the current tourism slogan, “Love The Philippines.\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Dee also wore a captain’s cap, highlighting her role as an Air Force reservist.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Aside from the Best National Costume Award, she also won the Spirit of Carnival Award, Voice for Change Gold Winner, and a Fan Vote Winner.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
She finished in the Top 10 in the pageant.<\/p>\n
