CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Police Brigadier General Enrico H. Vargas, the Deputy Regional Director for Administration of the Police Regional Office 3, on Monday bid farewell as he officially retired from the PNP service.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Vargas, who assumed his responsibilities in the PRO3 on December 22, 2022, dedicated nearly a year to his role and contributed a total of 33 years and almost seven months of service to the Philippine National Police.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Reflecting on his journey, he acknowledged the challenges he faced but expressed profound gratitude to the local officials and fellow policemen of the region for their unwavering support.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A member of the PNPA Class \u201cTagapagpatupad\u201d of 1992, Vargas held notable positions in the PRO3 during his distinguished career.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In 2017, he served as the City Director of Angeles City.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In 2016, Vargas assumed the role of chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division of the PRO3.<\/p>\n
