A 10-YEAR-OLD boy on Saturday drowned in a beach resort in Bataan.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The victim was a resident of Quezon City said a report by the Bataan police to Central Luzon top cop Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr..<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Bataan PNP was informed that the boy went missing while swimming at the Waterfront Beach Resort in Nagabalayong, Morong town.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A resort employee told police that the parents of the victim reported to them that their child is missing.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Beach resort\u2019s staff members immediately conducted a search within their premises and found the victim at the bottom floor of the swimming pool.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The boy was rushed to the Morong Regional Health Unit, where he was declared dead upon arrival.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
However, the parents of the victim were not convinced and requested to bring the child to the Gordon Memorial Hospital in Olongapo City for second opinion.<\/p>\n
