A COUPLE reportedly involved in drug peddling and their alleged cohort on Monday were arrested by the police in an anti-illegal drugs operation in Abucay, Bataan.<\/p>\n

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3 said arrested were alias \u201cJoven,\u201d 28; his wife alias \u201cJelli,\u201d and alias \u201cKulot,\u201d all of Abucay municipality.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The three yielded five plastic sachets containing around 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Joint operatives of the PDEA Bataan, the Bataan Police Provincial Office-Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit and the Abucay Municipal Police Station launched the sting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the arrested suspects.<\/p>\n
