BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 Six most wanted persons in Central Luzon, including two high-value fugitives, on Friday were sent to jail by operatives of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PRO 3 director Brig. Gen.
