BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n RIDING-IN-TANDEM armed men on Thursday shot dead a municipal councilor of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. by the Nueva Ecija police identified the victim as Roberto Carpio, the no. 1 <\/strong>elected municipal councilor of San Antonio<\/strong>, and a resident of Purok 4, Bgy. Luyos, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Carpio was driving a motorcycle on way to San Antonio proper when upon reaching Purok 8 in Bgy. Sto.
