Dulong Ilog, Candaba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Candaba police said they were told that the victim was seen playing near the irrigation canal, with an estimated water level of 4 to 5 feet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Moments later, the tot went missing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responding personnel of the Candaba Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO) immediately conducted a search and retrieval operation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>They were able to recover the body of the victim and rushed him to the Saint Pio Medical Hospital in Bgy.
